Ashtavaidya Drama Project
September 09, 2011
New drama-based public engagement project at the National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS), Bangalore, India.
Theatrescience is due to be working at NCBS again starting on the 24th of September. Jeff will be leading a participatory drama project for students and staff using research by Anna Spudich and Indudhargan Menon into the traditional Ashtavaidya (Ayurvedic) medical tradition. This will form the basis of a piece of drama to be performed by students and staff about health provision in India to the general public as part of NCBS’s new public engagement initiative. It is intended that regular updates will be posted on this site.
